This review is from: Contec Full-Colour OLED USB Finger Pulse Oximeter & Heart Rate Monitor w/ 24hr Memory, Lanyard, & Full Analysis Software (Electronics)
Nice bright color display, but the picture is probably from the company's internal product proposal (before it was actually built), still, it's close enough. Has the look of a professional product. Seems to work as advertised.

It gives me the same reading on all fingers and regardless of whether the display is facing the palm side or the back of my hand. The thumbs, being thicker, take a little longer to get started (because of less light being transmitted). The manual says put the display toward the back of the hand.

When setting to record, you must enter the time of day manually (if you care) as it has no internal time of day clock. The manual calls this "setting the start time" but it's just a note in the log that doesn't control anything and can be neglected. It locates the value entered at zero on the X axis of the graph drawn by "SpO2 Review".

The manual is a large piece of paper, written in small faint font buy someone Chinese who has a good but not native grasp of English, and which is too big to scan without splicing (there is no PDF on the company site).

There is one control button, a short press changes to the next screen or menu item, a held press changes the value.

So if one looses it, one is screwed. Other (Mini-B 5 Pin, apparently) USB cables will fit the connector but will not be recognized and will throw an error. This is a deeply boneheaded design choice on an otherwise nice piece of work.

The vibration from my bicycle handlebars and the steering wheel of my car, prevent the oximeter from locking on to the pulse and it will not give SPO2 readings under those conditions. It works if I keep my hands free but...

I tried the alarm during sleep. It went off about 3 am and I nearly jumped out of my skin. It is loud! If I had died it would have brought me back.
