First of all I want to say that I love my Swanstone Laundry Sink (DIT-010). Compared to the local choices at Lowes and Home Depot, the Swanstone blows them away. I would highly recommend this laundry sink to anyone that cares about quality and looks.
With that said I was disappointed in Amazon. The first sink I received was clearly a damaged return. It was not in the original packaging and was put in a oversized amazon box with NO inside packaging (pop corn or bubble wrap). The parts bag had been ripped open and the sink had a gouge in the top, a chip out of the front, and a crack in top middle. The good news is that Amazon shipped a new replacement that same day and arranged for UPS pickup of the damaged sink at their expense. The second sink was well packed in the original swanstone shipping box and came in great condition.
