They do what they say! My son (5) still has accidents at night. So we use these. So far they keep the leaks away. Occasionally they will soak through, but I don't blame the product I blame my son drinking too much before bedtime. 90% of the time we have dry mornings. They are thin & comfortable and my son likes the characters. I actually wish he wasn't using this product anymore, but since I can't fix that right now. We will still continue to use them. The price is great too. Just a note my son is on the thin side, weighs 40 lbs is about 45 inches tall. I am guessing if he was husky this product wouldn't fit and we would have to go with overnites for older children which are more expensive.
