I'd give this nifty little wet-vac 4 or 5 stars on size, ease of assembly, price, light weight, and for being exactly what I was looking for. It is all that. By the way, the term "steam" cleaner does NOT fit this web-vac. There is no heat unless you load the tank with hot water. This was fine with me as I didn't want that anyway. I wanted a light weight machine that would apply liquid to my carpet and suck it back up for light cleaning. I also didn't want a monster to store in the closet. I've had several large (true) steam cleaners and without exception they've always leaked in one fashion or another. For this reason I've been hesitant to purchase another one. The low price made it worth the gamble. It worked great for about a month and I was extremely pleased as it was just what I'd been looking for. Then the clean water tank began leaking -- pouring, actually, out onto the floor as if the trigger were depressed. I called customer service and was told to remove the handle and reinstall it. I've done that and gone further clear in to the mechanism that releases the water from the tank to the floor and that's where the problem lies. It won't fully close. The price of the machine and the hassle isn't worth attempting to return this. I can make it work by pulling the tank up out of its seat when I don't want fluid released. Inconvenient, but workable. I am disappointed in this machine.
