This is a nicely designed seat, but has few issues. We like the latch connectors that are easy to use, overall comfort and fit. The fabrics choices are poor compared to older Britax seats, like the first generation of Parkway booster. Cardinal is slippery and noisy nylon. Would be easy to clean, but would you let your kid sit on something so uncomfortable, particularly in summer? Nah. We returned it and got Cloudburst instead - I think this is the only soft-touch fabric available for the SGL model (it is similar to touch to Maui Blue we have on Britax Frontier 85 seat).

Also the belt guides are over-designed and can cause the belt to jam, depending on the position of the belt and with what force it retracts. This is a serious safety issue if the kid leans forward and the belt does not retract. Luckily the belt guides from Parkway SG model can be retrofitted to it (they fit perfect), although they have the opposite problem of letting the belt slip out (Hello, Britax, I wonder, is it that hard to design decent belt guide? Some common sense would be all that's needed one would think).

The seat has sharp edges in the back so you definitely want to use a seat protector in order to prevent scuff to the upholstery.

Advice - if you are not going to use LATCH you're better off getting Parkway SG. We like LATCH because it keeps the seat in place and prevents it from becoming a projectile if unoccupied and not belted in in an accident.

UPDATE 9/29/11: The replacement guides for Parkway SG that you can directly order from Britax are perfect! They are different and improved than "stock" ones I saw on a Parkway SG. They do net let the belt slip out and there is no bump that would cause it to jam. Parkway SGL with the replacement SG belt guides is a perfect booster seat.

After an exhausting search for a car seat for our little girl, I settled on the Britax B Safe in red. BBrUs didn't offer in red, and it was almost $50 cheaper on Amazon, plus free shipping. Well, it arrived 2 days later in excellent condition. I adjusted the shoulder straps and we have loosely fit it into our 4Runner. No baby yet to put in it (about 6 wks to go) but it seems like it will be great. I also purchased the Britax B Agile stroller (in red) and it is AWESOME as well. The car seat attachments ARE included in the box and the whole thing took about 15 min to put together. I have used Graco brand car seats in the past with my boys (now 7 & 10) and thought it was a decent car seat. But I really LOVE the Britax. And, unlike another reviewer, no weird smells at all. Lightweight, great color (red) and overall I am very happy with my purchase.

We purchased a no back booster seat for our 8 year old and he has never liked it. So we purchased this one and he loves it. It's easy for him to use because the seat belt is hooked onto the booster seat and is easy for him to start. We've been using this travel system for 10 months now and are very happy with it. It was one of the few travel systems that had a very good safety rating review and was not exorbitant; I decided to buy it for my first baby based on the safety reviews of the infant car seat and other reviews that indicated that it was a good looking travel system with good functional features. The colors are nice and neutral, goes well with a boy or a girl. our 10 month old baby is about to outgrow it and the infant car seat is still as good as new.
it was relatively easy to assemble, most of the pieces were already assembled with the exception of the stroller wheels and couple of other things; overall it wasn't super difficult to assemble. I would say that it does not come with a very good head support cushion required for a newborn, so we bought that extra and were easily able to attach it into the infant car seat straps. The stroller is bulky, but in comparison to other travel Systems I reviewed and looked at, this one was lighter and more utilitarian. The car seat and stroller fabric is easy to maintain and very comfortable on the skin, but not super absorbent. since our little one used to sweat a LOT around the back of her head, we always layered that area with a soft cotton cloth to giver her extra comfort.
Best of all, when Graco announced recalls on some of their strollers, this one was not on the list.

I do agree with one of the reviewers who didn't like the stroller straps. they're not heavy duty and a bit unusual when it comes to the locking mechanism while securing the infant/ toddler in the stroller. However, we personally did not find it super annoying and are now used to it.

Got this after listening to the Monitor 50/60/70/RTi10 at local Frys. For a movie , I found absolutely no difference between all the Monitors. The 70's had more bass.

I bought a pair of these to replace some Polk Audio surrounds, and all I can say is wow. I was totally blown away with the sound that these can reproduce clear and precise. They are a little bright for a few hours until they are broken in though. I have them matched up with a Denon 2809ci, 2 Klipsch VF35's and a C3 center and the sound, both home theater and music, is absolutely incredible.
